I need ideas!!!

I'm finally going to paint the boys' room. Currently its dark blue and light blue. It's a room with both south and west exposure. The boys' favorite colors are yellow, orange, blue, red. Any ideas for colors and/or simple designs? I thought about the yellow and orage together and my lovely husband informed me that it would look like a big sun in there and with Rauan getting up before the sun--do we really want it that bright??? So, any suggestions would be welcomed!

i was just thinking of you tonight... we were driving through your neighborhood, on our way to blockbuster and then down to sentry. we drove past the jade monkey. when can you meet for a drink??

anyway, how about blue and brown? i love blue and brown together. more turquoise as opposed to sky or navy blue? i don't know... this is a tough one...

What are they interested in? I did that egyptian theme in Jarods room with the All Seeing Eye and the stone with heiroglyphs, and one wall dark blue with the constellation Orion in glow in the dark paint. Think of what they are interested in and go with it!!

What about a basic White / off white kind of thing with either a border or stencil with the rainbow colors they like?
Or you could pick red or orange for the bottom half of the wall and white for the top with a sports-themed border to split them up?

hockey - navy blue on the bottom with a chair rail or border (or do opposite walls tan and blue?) and tan, not white on the top, you can use a overhead projector (i can get one!!) to project a hockey player on 1 or 2 walls and trace them, paint them in like a shadow (maybe the same blue as the bottom part...) oh, this is fun? Just call me if you like this idea, i can come up there!!!!
